Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Privacy Policy
Do Right Enterprises, LLC (“Do Right Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit doright-enterprises.com (the “Site”) or communicate with us through the Site or by email.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly. When you use the contact form on this Site, or otherwise email us, you may provide information such as your name, organization, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. Contact form submissions are emailed to us and a copy is stored on this Site; we keep them only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence.
We do not currently offer product purchases, account registration, or email newsletter sign-up on this Site. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe what we collect and how.
Information Collected Automatically. This Site does not use Google Analytics or any other visitor analytics service. Our web host keeps standard server logs of requests to the Site, including visitor IP addresses, which are used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party advertising or retargeting services, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Spam Protection. The contact form on this Site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes visitor behavior to distinguish people from automated software. This involves Google collecting information about your device and your use of this Site, and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not receive or store the information reCAPTCHA collects.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communications;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site; and
- Understand, in the aggregate, how visitors use the Site.
3. How We Protect Information
We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted to us from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use discretion when sending sensitive information by email or web form.
4. Your Choices and Rights
You may decline to provide information to us, though this may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, and to request correction of inaccurate information. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no opt-out-of-sale process to offer — we simply don’t engage in that practice. To make a request regarding your information, contact us at support@doright-enterprises.com.
5. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
6. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@doright-enterprises.com and we will promptly delete it.
7. International Visitors
This Site is operated in the United States, and any information you provide will be processed and stored in the United States.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
9. Contact Us
Questions about this Privacy Policy or your information may be directed to Do Right Enterprises, LLC at support@doright-enterprises.com.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of doright-enterprises.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Do Right Enterprises, LLC (“Do Right Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About This Site
This Site provides general information about Do Right Enterprises’ management consulting services for nonprofit organizations and public agencies, including grant writing and funding strategy, program design and development, and compliance, reporting, and evaluation services. The Site may also make certain writing samples, policy reports, or similar materials available for reference (the “Materials”).
2. No Professional Relationship
The content on this Site — including any Materials, articles, or general information — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute consulting, legal, financial, or other professional advice specific to your organization or circumstances. Submitting an inquiry through the contact form, or otherwise communicating with us, does not create a consulting relationship or any other professional relationship between you and Do Right Enterprises. A consulting relationship is formed only through a separate signed engagement agreement.
3. Use of Materials
Where we make Materials (such as policy reports or writing samples) available for download or viewing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download a personal copy for your own reference. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or otherwise use the Materials for commercial purposes, or represent them as your own work, without our prior written permission. All Materials remain the intellectual property of Do Right Enterprises, LLC unless otherwise noted.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, and other content (other than the Materials addressed above) are owned by Do Right Enterprises, LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law, except where otherwise credited.
5. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or its content will be error-free, complete, or current, and we do not commit to updating any particular page or Material. You should not rely on general information on this Site as a substitute for individualized professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do Right Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including any reliance placed on general information found on the Site. Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
7. Links to Other Sites
This Site may link to third-party websites. We have not reviewed and are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site. Use of any linked site is at your own risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to support@doright-enterprises.com.
Accessibility
Our approach
This site is built and maintained by one person. I work in health and human services, including disability services. My intention is to tell you plainly what this site does well and what improvements are planned, as well as solicit your real experience of using the site.
What has been done
- Body text is set at 22 pixels for readability. Headings are scaled in proportion. You can enlarge text further with your browser’s zoom.
- Every page has a single main heading, with subheadings nested in order beneath it, so the page can be navigated by its structure rather than read start to finish.
- Links are underlined, not distinguished by color alone.
- Text is dark navy on white or white on dark navy, giving contrast ratios between 12.6:1 and 17.4:1, well above the 4.5:1 WCAG AA standard.
- A skip link lets keyboard users bypass the navigation.
- Every form field has a visible text label, rather than a placeholder that vanishes as soon as you type.
- The animated statistic on the home page has a plain-text equivalent for screen readers.
- The spam protection is invisible; there is no puzzle, no image identification, and no audio test.
Known limitations
- The bright green in this site’s palette has very low contrast on light backgrounds — 1.27:1 on white. It is not used for text or links there; it appears as a background color with dark text on it, where the contrast is 13.8:1. Each new link is checked against this individually. If you find green text you cannot read, tell me and I will fix it.
- This is a new site, which has not yet been tested by a screen reader user. It has been built to standards, which is not the same thing. A screen reader test will inform the next version.
- A formal accessibility audit has not been carried out at this time.
